Mr. Cooper has served in multiple management positions both on and offshore worldwide including, Driller -  Toolpusher, Manager of Safety & Training, HR Manager and Senior Corporate ​HSE Advisor.

Mr Cooper started his career offshore in 1977 with Western Oceanic having worked with several major operators and drilling contractors on a global basis Mr Cooper has extensive knowledge of company specific safety management systems.

​Mr. Cooper also served as a Detachment Commander in Her Majesty’s Forces.
